Call to order

President, Ms. Jordan Wietrecki, calls the meeting to order at 7:07 am

Registration starts at 9

Leave the HS at 7:50

We need some seniors to drive

Be home before lunch

Make sure that if you liked the FB post you are coming

If not, just let us know/unlike it

Share Your Heart

Selling week before Valentine’s Day and handing out the Friday before break

Similar drive to Candy Canes

Proceeds go to Dana Farber

Need some promotion help/selling

Spread the word

Need a goal to reach (ex: Chaz dying his hair)

Brainstorm next week

Reach out to us if you want to chair

Preferably a frosh or soph

Advertising = a big job

Making sure school/TOWN is aware

Good for families outside just the HS

Advertising discussion:

• mass email
• post in Concerned Citizens
• police sign
• Thursday packet
• posters/signs for MHS and other schools
• Geofilter for event
• posters around town (Starbucks, Blue Moon, etc.)
• reach out to middle school student council (require them to bring a time)
• Hometown Weekly
• School committee

We will assign tasks to reps as time gets closer
